Do I need a consult first?
New injectable, laser, and body guests do. Facial guests can book Refresh directly.
Is the consult fee extra?
It is credited when you book a treatment within 30 days.
Where do I reserve?
Use Book, which opens our Fresha page, or call the studio.
Can I buy a gift card online?
Choose an amount on the gift card page, then finish checkout on the booking page or call us to pay by phone.
What if I need to move a visit?
Move it from the booking link or call us at least 24 hours ahead.
Ellory is a medical spa on Lantern Court in Franklin. The menu is short on purpose: consult, facials, injectables, laser, and body. Each one has a posted price.
Guests who are new start with a consult or a Refresh facial. Guests who already have a plan book the next session directly. Either way, the chart notes travel with you so you are not re-explaining your history.
We do not sell packages that hide the price. If a visit needs a custom quote, that number is written down before the appointment is confirmed.

Single visits are paid at the time of booking. Series of three or more can be split into two payments. Ask when you reserve.
